Our rabbit meat provides a low fat, nutrient rich source of protein. Rabbit is a versatile meat that can be used as a replacement for chicken, but it is delicious stewed, smoked and fried!

We harvest our rabbits between ten and twelve weeks of age. This provides our family and customers with tender, delicious meat that has been raised on nutrient rich grasses and herbs.


Raising Our Rabbits

Our breeders are housed with the ducks, allowing us to collect their droppings for fertilizer. At four to five weeks of age the kits are weaned and placed in “rabbit tractors” on the grass. This “tractor” protects them from predators and allows us to move them up to four times per day to fresh grass.
